1 3/4 cups ice
4 tablespoons mango pulp (Mango Puree)
1/2 shot of simple syrup or 3 tablespoons of sugar
1/2 shot of tequila
1/2 shot of triple sec (Grand Marnier)
Chili Lime Salt to rim glass (Tajin)
Cut the lemon and use it to moisten the rim of the glass or jar that you will use. In a dish put some salt or the tajín chili, dip the glass in the salt and turn it a couple of times.
In the blender, pour the ice, mango pulp, tequila, Grand Marnier, and syrup.
If you can not find the syrup (like me) you can put sugar. And mix it until there are no large chunks of ice left. If necessary you can add mango juice.
Divided and serve.
Mango pulp can be found in Asian markets. The one I use is unsweetened.
